Terms and Conditions
Our fudge is made fresh each week and uploaded to the website on the Friday evening at 7pm. Our fudge has a best before date of 3 weeks which will be listed on the product description and on the packaging when it arrives.
Fudge should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container. In hot weather, you may need to store it in the fridge (especially products with chocolate toppings/decoration).
Our fudge can be frozen (freeze as soon as possible for the best results) and will be perfect once it's defrosted thoroughly! Please do not freeze our fudge jars as the glass may break in the freezer.
As our fudge is handmade the appearance and weights may vary, but they will at least be the minimum weight stated on the product label and the website listing.
On some of our products, we provide a rough estimate of the nutritional values per 100g.
As our products are consumables, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is faulty, in which case we will require photographic evidence and return of the product to process a refund.
We package all orders carefully and avoid posting orders during extremely hot weather. But we cannot be held responsible for any heat damage during transit and no refunds will be given for heat damage.
Please ensure that you check your order details are correct before placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details or parcels being sent to the wrong address. We also strongly advise to give us the correct contact details in case we need to contact you about your order.
We cannot accept any amendments to your order once it has been placed.
If you choose to collect your order, it is your responsibility to ensure it is collected in a timely manner. If your order exceeds its best before date, it will be destroyed and no refund will be given.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders that arrive after their best before date due to delays caused by Royal Mail. However if an order fails to arrive or arrives damaged, we will refund or replace your order.
We cannot refund postage costs due to delays. The postage timescales are not guaranteed services, they are delivery aims.
We do not accept payments via echeque.
